Returns & Replacements
Shipping and Delivery Policy
- Generally speaking, Fashion Bazar does not offer any ‘Exchange’ or ‘Returns’ for any of the products purchased from us.
- All products purchased from our Site can be exchanged within 10 days only if they meet all of the following conditions.
- Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery
- The received product(s) differed from the original order
In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 10 days of the original order date.
Please email pictures of the defective item to firstname.lastname@example.org or call at +81-90-9963-3296 within 3 days after order delivery in order to raise a dispute. Fashion Bazar will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties.
Once we receive the item which you need to return, our team will review the damage-once the dispute is settled fairly we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it with the next order made by the customer.
- In the case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.
- Discounted Items cannot be Returned / Exchanged.
- Fashion Bazar uses DHL to ship international orders.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
We provide shipping to most of the international destinations where DHL service operates. It may take 3-5 days for international orders delivery. However, it may take even longer in some special circumstances due to any unforeseen factors beyond our control.
